Banzai Falls

Papa Matt has lost his mind. He bought Aidan and the family, Banzai Falls. The pictures are not the best of me, so just look at Aidan. :-) Aidan has no fear, he loves this.

100% Hearing

Aidan had his post op appointment today. He had to take another hearing test. The doctor told us that the surgery was a success. Aidan has 100% hearing now. Allan and I are so excited. We have noticed quite a bit how Aidan's word use has changed.

Get Well Soon Balloons

Aidan's Uncle Chuck and Uncle Russell sent him Get Well Balloons after his surgery. I wasn't able to get pcitures of him with them the night before so we took them the next day. He loved them. He had to show everyone.

First Day of Work

Allan insisted on taking pictures of me on my first day at HDR. My first day was May 14th. I really like my new job. The people I work with are very nice.

Out in the Yard

Aidan and I spent some time out in the yard over Mother's Day weekend.


Aidan's tomato plants are coming along nicely. He takes good care of them.

Hard to see...but there is a squirrel eating the corn that Aidan put out for them. Aidan calls him Sammy the Squirrel.


In my parents backyard there is a mole. He digs up mounds of dirt. Aidan like to dig the dirt and spread it around the yard.

Update...

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, things have been crazy. Aidan is doing good since his surgery. I will try to post more pictures soon.

Baking Allan's Birthday Cake

We had a family dinner for Allan's birthday on Saturday, May 5th. Aidan and my mom made Allan a birthday cake.

On Allan's birthday, we had a few people over for dinner, Grandma Virginia, Kimmie, Zeppe, Barry, and Jeanette. Aidan bought Daddy a new radio for the Bronco. Hope you enjoyed your birthday Al!

...I am not working at ARCADIS anymore. YAHOO!! Many of you know what's been going on with work and how I have been looking for a new job, well I got a new job. I am going to be working for another firm called HDR. My first day is May 14th and my last day here is Friday.
