Folsom Animal Sanctuary

We headed to the "zoo" in Folsom, the Animal Sanctuary, where zoo-like animals are taken to be rescued. Many of the animals were abandoned (who abandons a tiger?) or mistreated. Each animals individual story posted on their cage. Very cool place.











These monkeys captured our attention for some time; one would throw the steal dish at the other in the funniest way, then run down, pick it up, run back up and do it again. Entertainment, for sure.







The zoo had a mini train to ride, too. The boys loved this.
