Allan, Caitlin, Matt, Cyndi and Dylan took Aidan to Disneyland for his first visit. Aidan had been saving his money to go to Mickey's House. We also went to California Adventure. That was the first visit for all of us.
~ Main Street USA ~
This was one of many beautiful Christmas trees throughout the park.
~ Astro Orbitor ~
Climb into your own rocket jet and soar as high as you dare above Tomorrowland through a whirling constellation of planets in the Jules Verne-inspired Astro Orbitor. Fly as high as you like with the touch of the rocket's control lever.

~ Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ~
Blast off to "infinity and beyond" as you join Buzz Lightyear in an interactive and intergalactic battle against the Evil Emperor Zurg.
~ Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage ~
Aidan was so excitied when planning our trip to find out there was a Finding Nemo submarine rides. Board a whimsical yellow submarine and dive to new depths of excitement as Nemo and his friends from the Disney•Pixar film "Finding Nemo".
~ Autopia ~
Take the driver's seat and cruise the unique roadways of Autopia. The action begins when the checkered flag is waved. Each car has its own personality. The cast of characters includes “Suzy,” a cute coupe, “Dusty,” an off-road vehicle and “Sparky,” a stylish sports car . Control the speed and the steering. Hug curves, cross bridges, and even go off-roading.
Aidan was so happy to receive a driver's license. Aidan drove Papa around the track.
Allan and Caitlin drove together. Dylan drove Mom around the track.
~ It's A Small World ~
A tradition at Disneyland is to go on It's a Small World. Aidan really enjoyed it. By the end of the ride he was singing along. Caitlin, of course, had to get a picture of the Moose.
Go ahead, you know you want to, so sing along! Global unity is celebrated in this ode to peace and harmony. Dance and costumes from many continents add to the diverse pageantry that makes this a boat ride for the ages.
Originally created for the 1964 New York World's Fair. 100 international dolls bring this splendid spectacle to life. During the holidays, the ride transforms into a winter wonderland with added Christmas carols.
~ Mickey's House ~
Glimpse the inside of a star's home! See how Mickey lives as you take a self-guided tour through his living and work spaces packed with artifacts from his daily life and brilliant career. Mickey welcomes you into his home where you have free reign.
Nana and Aidan were resting on Mickey's couch at his house while waiting to meet him. Aidan playing us a tune on Mickey's music machine.
When you look into this mirror Mickey Mouse appears.
Visit the set of one of Mickey's famous cartoons. He was in the middle of filiming "Steamboat Willie". As a finale, you meet Mickey himself live and in person!
~ A Christmas Fantasy Parade ~
Aidan loved the parade. Goofy and his son Maz were on one float. Chip and Dale drove by. Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Pinochio were part of the Toy Shop float. Then of course Santa ended the parade on his sleigh with his reindeers.
